MapleScore is a free social entertainment platform that provides a round arcade experience using virtual credits. MapleScore does not offer prizes, bonuses, or rewards of real-world value. You acknowledge and accept that no financial benefit can be derived from playing MapleScore under any circumstances.
MapleScore explicitly prohibits any attempt to represent virtual credits as having real-world value or to exchange them for money, goods, or services through any mechanism. Such attempts constitute a breach of these terms and may result in termination of access.
You may use MapleScore solely for its intended purpose: personal entertainment in accordance with these terms. You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent the age gate or access controls; (b) scrape, copy, or reproduce the platform's code, design, or content for commercial purposes; (c) use automated tools or scripts to interact with the platform; (d) interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; (e) attempt to misrepresent the nature of MapleScore credits as having real-world value.
MapleScore is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial exploitation of the platform or its content without prior written consent from MapleScore is prohibited.
All content on MapleScore — including but not limited to the Neon Top Score Arcade design, the round engine, animations, colour palette, typography, and text — is the property of MapleScore or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. Round symbol SVG files are derived from the OpenMoji project (CC-BY-SA 4.0); attribution is provided in the footer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from MapleScore's content without prior written permission. Permitted: taking screenshots for personal use or sharing links to MapleScore on social media.
MapleScore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MapleScore does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of technical defects. Virtual credit balances may be reset or lost in the event of technical failure; because credits have no monetary value, such loss does not constitute a financial harm.
MapleScore specifically disclaims any warranty that use of the platform will produce any particular outcome, financial or otherwise. The random number generator powering the aurora game produces genuinely random results for entertainment purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MapleScore and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Because MapleScore involves no financial transactions, the maximum liability of MapleScore to any user is nil.
You use MapleScore entirely at your own risk. This limitation applies even if MapleScore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MapleScore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate or restrict your access to MapleScore for breach of these terms, without prior notice and without liability to you, since the service is free and no financial relationship exists.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
